What is Ethical Consultancy?

At Rafter Bell we strongly believe in the ethics behind IT, commonly overlooked by larger corporate service providers. We provide straight forward honest products and services designed to make your life easier in the home and workplace.

We aim to provide our services on a professional but personal level, without the need for our clients to have extensive experience dealing with IT Professionals. We aim to educate our clients fully in a subject area as to enable them to understand what services we are offering them and why.

As a company, Rafter Bell intends on soley providing ethical advice and services, we will not attempt to pursuade you into purchasing systems you do not need, or force you to pay for services you are unsure you need.

Free and Open Source Philosophy

We have always been a company proud of our beliefs in fair and ethical business practice, emulated strongly these days with evergrowing free and open source software and development tools. We always attempt to make full use of free and open source software resources as it can not only save our customers financially but it enables us to develop with the intention of furthering community projects. This means we can promote use of free and open source systems in the workplace. Due to our personal experience we feel without such systems and projects we would not be able to offer the services we now can, so we are determined to put as much back into the community as possible.

Our Team

Our team is made up of experience in various IT fields, and we only offer services we can competantly provide. We are often able to provide guidance and expertise in areas not advertised, or if there is anything we cannot provide instantly we have an extensive list of contacts who we can use for advice and support. If a product you require is not something we specialise in we will not hesitate to attempt to help you find a genuine consultant who can assist you further.
